Join  Cuvee 30A for a guided blending seminar led by VGS Chateau Potelle’s General Manager, Matthew Regan, followed by a multi-course wine dinner curated by Chef Tim Creehan. Guests will first participate in a hands-on wine blending class, where they will create their own custom wine under the direction of VGS Chateau Potelle’s General Manager, Matthew Regan. Following the class, guests will enjoy a multi-course wine dinner curated by Cuvee 30A’s owner and executive chef, Tim Creehan, featuring the wines of VGS Chateau Potelle.
